  Came in and ordered slices.. they were so hot I had to wait 20 minutes to eat it... They didn't get our order right and made us go back an pay more cuz they didn't add everything.. you are horrible

  I came into the penfield store today with a craving for a steak sub and pizza logs even though was in a bit of a hurry . I was greeted with a smile by Dan. He was very friendly and immediately started my order (Steak sub and pizza logs) which was done way sooner than i though even humanly possible. I was a little nervous at the speed of my orders completion but amazingly the food was SUPERB!!!!! I have been to many other pizza shops but this was the best experience of them all. I live in greece but will be visiting this location often from now on just for this supreme level of service. Thank you Dan!

  Awful! Stay away! Charged me for delivery i had to pick up myself, messed up order, refused to return driver tip that i picked up!! Never again
