  Despite living in the city, high gas prices and a busy schedule (full-time student and full-time employed) I still make it out to Dollop at least once a month if not more! The unique creations are a treat, and I've never heard of complaints when I order dozens for events. This is my number one spot to get my sweet fix.

  number 1.. drove to penfield to find this place is CLOSED,,, no sign in the window.. nothing.. awesome
  number 2.. the website kinda sucks you click to order frosting and it goes back to the main page..
